I like the contrast between the strong vertical painted column with the hodge-podge of less colorful columns and beams behind it. Similarly, I like the contrast of the flat, saturated colors on the column with the brighter, more jewel-like colors in the background.
Hi Laura, It’s a place called Chicano Park. It’s located in San Diego. I read about it in one of the Bosch mystery series where he talks about the place under the Interstate where Hispanic Artists have created magnificent graffiti art. I lived in San Diego for over 10 years and never heard of it so last visit I went to the park. This is just one of several beautiful murals.

Where? I really like it. I wonder if you had tilting the camera to catch more of the foreground ceiling–would that have been better? Not sure.
