Your capture of the people aboard this working boat is spot on. The angle of the boat, the crew in action, the trailing net, and of course the mysterious layer effect that fog creates all adds up to super image.
I overlayed a 3×3 grid onto the image to see if by proportionally reducing, then shifting the image up and to the right might enhance it by editing out a bit of the fog on the left and lower sides. Not only empty spaces but a feeling of loneliness. It is great.
Great shot. I find the bright colors a little distracting. Have you tried desaturating the color a little or perhaps even B&W.
