The strength of this photo is that it take an iconic rock formation, the arch rock formation, and gives us a sense of proportion by adding in the people under the rock formation. It’s a good photo but could be aided if there was some way to eliminate the distracting bush element in the foreground so that my attention was strictly on the formation and the people.

Consider cropping down from the top to eliminate the sky above the arch. There is nothing up there which adds significant information to the scene.
