Great image. I love the perspective and colors and the reflection that looks like it is floating above the floor. I would have liked to have seen the top of the arch, but this is a minor point in an overall great image.
I, too, love the light, colors, and reflection. I think I might like it better if the right and left edges were cropped in a bit, cropping out the shadows on the edges. Maybe a 1 x 1 crop.
I thought it was an electric chair when I first glanced at it. Where did those “armrests” come from? It’s kind of eerie. A leg facing us near the top of the stairs might be a good add. Is this Fort Foster? Always seems wet in there. Nice work.
What I saw that I couldn’t add was a young woman descending the stairs in a flowing white dress. To do that I would have had to hire a model and created an outfit for the shoot. I haven’t gotten that advanced yet. It’s Fort McCleary.
