This is very interesting. I like the way you framed the mural. Draws my eye up and to the right. Its rich colors and Asian images are so contrary to the peeling building. I might suggest straightening it a hair to remove the gap at the bottom right of the mural.
Rich colors contrast well with the gray building and pale blue sky. Interesting perspective.
