I think this would be a lovely and striking photo if you cropped down from the top and took out the dome light and just leave the reflection. Doing so adds drama, simplicity, and a clear subject that doesn’t compete with a second subject. In my opinion it would create a striking photograph.
A great photo to start with, but I think Wayne’s suggestion is a good one. I would also try darkening the image just a little to even further emphasize the contrast between the sunlight and the rest of the image.
Not to be contrary, but I love the creative decision to crop this as is. I think the half circle arc is positioned perfectly to accentuate the lines of the square insets. The oculus literally shines a light on the squares making them look like steps to somewhere. One of my favorites this month.

I agree with Leslie. The whole allows the part to shine.
After cropping with my hand, I think I like it better as is. Good capture.
