I’d be interested to see maybe the bottom quarter cropped out, leaving just a little of the green area.
Wonderful soft colors and texture. I love the dark verticals. It reminds me of Elliot Porter. Perhaps either cropping the detail in the very bottom or unsharpening it would render abstraction to the entire image. Or, maybe you mean the sharp grass to provide a discovery moment.
Love the tone and texture. Many abstract elements, but enough to see what it is. It is also that dual composition—the green in the bottom left and the beautiful painterly portion above that gives it the feel of a portal.
