Real interesting photograph with a lot going on. I love the portal (frame within a frame), especially the fact that the foreground has detail, not black like a cave. I catch a glimpse of the water and the ? snow-covered mountain beyond? I want to know and see more. Even the opening itself, it’s shape, is a piece of art. Well done.
I love the juxtaposition of the mountains the water and the framing of the both through the portal. I also like the nuances of color and texture of the rock…I found myself being drawn in to many aspects of the photo, even though at first glance it seems so simple.

Beautiful! I love the simple overall pattern and muted palette, yet there is interesting detail as well. And great composition.
The horizon line and the sharp contrast of the water to the rest of the image really gives the punch, I think.
