The telephone wires really make this photo. It’s the first thing I saw; and then I saw the tree on the right pointing at the damage. The sky, with the centered bright spot, the centered wires–it adds up to a very orderly photo of disorder. Just great.
It reminds me of Joel Sternfeld’s work, which I think you’d like.

The leading lines and the ominous sky tell the story, the downed trees confirm it.
The artwork installation next to the tree is of a tree in a hurricane. I loved life imitating the art. Hurricane Zeta had the last word!
