Lighting is great. Color is great. The speed is just right with a little blur at the wing tips. But, I feel like cropping a just little more form the right would improve the image.
The positioning (posture?) of the bird is really interesting to me. I admit I don’t look at a lot of pictures of birds, but this view seems unusual and revealing to me. For those reasons, I’d like to see this cropped more tightly. I don’t disagree with those who like the space to the right. I just want to see more of the bird.

I wouldn’t change a thing. It is a compelling image. The shape of the subtle reflections of the bird and trees in the water adds framing and an additional sense of motion.
